  •   We have sent a mail about the Commencement of Loan Disbursements by HDFC Bank Ltd for Sansa County - Phase 1. As per the revised Cost Sheet, the disbursements will cover up to the 2nd Instalment.
  •   If you have obtained your Home Loan Sanction but have not yet signed the Quadripartite Agreement (QPA), visit the Society office at Nanakramguda immediately to complete the process. For members who have already signed their QPAs, you should visit the bank as soon as you receive a call from HDFC Bank Ltd intimating you to complete the process for your loan disbursement. Additionally, please be prepared with the MOD Charges as proposed by the Bank for your Home Loan disbursement. For more details check our mail or contact assigned HDFC Bank Ltd Executive.
  •   Members who have opted for Self-Finance must ensure that you complete your second instalment payments within the next two days, if you have not already done so to avoid interest and penalties.

  •   Important Notice:
    This is to inform you that after careful consideration and keeping the interest of all the Members in the Society, a decision has been taken to appoint HDFC Ltd as the banker for our project, Sansa County - Phase 1.

    Members who are availing Bank-Finance (Home Loan) are requested to immediately keep the required documents updated in the "Documents" Section for Loan processing. The same is also applicable for Self-Finance Customers who intend to go with home loans from now. A detailed email has been sent on 15th May 2023.

    Incase if you have not received the email within 24 hours, please reach out to Society.

    Self-Finance Members who have not yet cleared their 2nd instalments are requested to clear their dues by May 20, 2023 to avoid interest and penalty charges.

  •   The Developer had indicated that some members are trying to speak with Construction Site Engineers and workers at the project site which is causing inconvenience and is strictly not allowed henceforth. For the safety of Members, no entry into the construction site is allowed. All queries must be addressed to Site Coordinator or Society CRM only.

PUBLIC NOTICE

It has come to our notice that some people, agencies and rival competitors with vested interests are spreading a negative propaganda through fake news, misinformation and rumours on online forums and other social media channels. We advice you not to entertain or believe them. The society will and shall give you all the right news and information at all times. If you come across any misinformation please bring to the notice of society. We will take strict action by complaining to cyber police department. If any member / purchaser is involved in spreading misinformation about the society strict legal action will be taken against them and the society will not allot a villa to them and token amounts paid shall be forfeited.

ATTENTION

Majority of purchasers have made their payments to the society and this msg is for the very few who have not paid and are not picking calls from Society. The developer on a goodwill has extended payment dates till October 23, 2022 and Society has updated the purchasers of the same through email and website. The Developer has clearly indicated that no further extension shall be given. So make your payments immediately. Any payments beyond October 23rd will not be accepted and your expression of interest shall stand cancelled and token amounts paid by you shall be forfeited. Part payments and post dated cheques shall not be accepted without the express written consent of the society. In case of PF and Capital gains withdrawal pls collect the required letter from the society immediately.

BOOKING AMOUNTS- PAYMENT DATE EXTENSION

    As we have received several requests for extension of date for payment of booking amounts, we had requested the developer for the same and they have agreed for the same on a goodwill. Booking amounts can now be paid by End of Day of October 23, 2022 to the Aurobindo Tattva Homes MACHS Ltd accounts. Mails are being sent out to all purchasers with complete details within 48 hrs. Please contact this team only for all loan processing, Society shall not accept any delays caused and will not be responsible.


Purchasers who have got their loans sanctioned more than 6 months back need to get their loans re-sanctioned. For any clarification and documentation please contact one of the dedicated team members of ICICI Bank mentioned below.


Note: Processing fee need not be paid again for re-sanction.

HMDA FEE PAYMENT

This is to inform you that M/s Aurobindo Tattva Township Developers LLP (LLP) has paid the fee demanded by HMDA. HMDA shall be issuing the proceedings in the next couple of days. Thereafter, RERA registration is expected to take another 10 days maximum. This total process may take another 15 days. As you may require time to mobilise the funds the society is intimating you in advance. The society will be entering into Agreement of sale as per RERA with the developer immediately after the RERA permissions are granted. A mail has been sent to all members in this regard along with the revised Booking Amounts and payment structure.


REVISED TAX STRUCTURE

The mail sent to all the members indicates the way forward along with the tax structure being adopted based on advice of Tax Authorities, Tax Advisory and Legal Advisors.   • As we are expecting HMDA permissions soon, buyers who are unable to come in-person to the society for signature on membership certificate and other related documents can provide authorization to any of their family members (blood relations only) through the prescribed society GPA format which is existing in the documents section. GPA document should be duly notarized and submitted to the society on or before 15th April 2022. NRI’s are not required to go to Indian embassy for notarization they can get it done by your local notary writers.

  • Society office will be closed for working on Tuesdays from now towards weekly off for the staff.
  • HMDA and Environmental Clearance has been applied, Society Shall intimate as and when we hear from the concerned authorities.
  • By 15th of March 2022 members who are wishing to pay through bank loan need to have confirmed loan eligibility from the bank. In Case you have any difficulty with the banker please approach society. After 15th of March 2022 the society shall remove members who have not applied for bank loans. If self-payment please declare to the society through mail.

  • Buyers who are not answering society calls and not adhering to the payment commitment dates shall be removed within 24 hours. Your non commitment will result in suffering to the majority of on time paying members. Such indiscipline in the society will not be tolerated.
  • All members should pay their First and second token amounts along with Admin and PMC charges. If not paid and you have crossed your due date then pls pay immediately or else your application shall be removed.

  • It has come to the notice of the society that few people with malicious intent had created WhatsApp and other social media groups in the name of the owners and are asking genuine members of society to join their groups. Their interest is to confuse the members with unnecessary discussions and topics. The Society has directly received complaints and phone numbers of those persons, Appropriate legal action shall be taken on the group owners and admins. The villas of the participating members if any in such groups shall be cancelled without any further notice. The Society request its members to rely on the society by calling the society office for any needed information or clarification.

  • Members who are overdue of the second token amount need to pay immediately, otherwise their villa slot will be allotted to new members.
  • Members who have paid 1st token and yet to submit the application forms are requested to submit the applications forms immediately.
  • Bank Loan Mela dates are on 17th, 18th and 19th of December 2021 at Society office from 10:00am to 5:30pm.
  • Members who have sent soft copies of society application forms can submit the hard copy of the same along with three passport size photographs to the society office during the bank loan mela.
